IC618 PDK转换（CDB转OA）问题求救

各位大神，小弟前几天刚刚安装好IC618，今天在转换PDK的过程中一直出现下面这个错，各种PDK均有尝试，请问下这个错是什么原因导致的呢？

我不知道， 确认一下 db格式库和oa格式库不能在同一路径下转
